Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) Anders Square

Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) is in place across Anders Square, Perton and provides powers to address behaviour that has a negative impact on the local community. The order prohibits a number of activities, including:

-  Acting in an anti-social manner causing alarm,
harassment and distress

-  Using intoxicating substances (including
alcohol, illegal highs and emerging drugs)

-  Using BBQs and open fires

The PSPO is designed to ensure that town centres and public spaces remain safe, welcoming and enjoyable for residents, businesses and visitors.

We will continue to work closely with partner agencies, schools, parents and the wider community to tackle anti-social behaviour, educate young people about the consequences of their actions and encourage positive use of public spaces.
